The Villa Europa Homeowners' Association (VEHOA) is principally governed by two documents of legal record, the Covenants & Restrictions (C&Rs) and the Association's Bylaws. These are augmented by a third document published by the Board of Directors (BOD), the Association's Rules and Regulations that define the rules for use of the community common areas and property restrictions (e.g., patio grills) authorized under the C&Rs and Bylaws.
