| ![]() | We understand that the value of your property is a function of the appearance of the larger property as reflected in its upkeep and maintenance. One of the primary responsibilities of the Association is the upkeep of common areas and providing certain "hotel" services such as water, sewage, trash disposal, etc. Villa Europa property maintenance is a combined effort between the Board of Directors (BOD), the Architecture, Maintenance, Water-Features, and Landscaping committees and the Management company. The BOD budgets monies for all maintenance activities on the property. The also BOD approves and signs all contracts for maintenance services. The management company oversees the execution of all the Association's maintenance contracts, issues work orders and makes payments for work completed. The Architecture, Maintenance, and Landscaping committees inspect the property, review contracts and contractor performance, and make recommendations to the BOD regarding long and short term maintenance proposals. Villa Europa is your property and you are the best inspectors we have. If you see something that needs cleaning, repairingor upgrading, feel free to submit a VEHOA Maintenance Request to ensure the problem gets the attention it needs, or just write an email directly to maintenance.requests.hoa@vehoa.org.
